Refer & Earn Program

The Refer & Earn program means that you as a Piccotello user refer someone from your network. The more new hotels/B&Bs make you as excited about Picotello as you are, the more free months you can earn. So a real win-win!

Do you know someone who is looking for a (new) PMS system? Then don’t wait any longer and send us the contact details! We will contact you to provide a demo. Once the contract has been signed, you will both receive a free month of Piccotello as a reward.

The terms & conditions of the Refer & Earn program:

• This promotion runs until 01-08-2021.
• For the referral of a new accommodation, both the existing and the new accommodation will receive a free month’s allowance.
• No maximum for the referral of new accommodations and the monthly discount.
• The free month starts as soon as the contract of the new accommodation has been signed and they have been a paid customer for three months.
• If an accommodation is recommended by two different customers, the first referral will receive the month for free.
• No reward will be given if the proposed accommodation is already a customer of Freetime Hospitality.
• Freetime Hospitality reserves the right to decide per accommodation whether or not the discount will be provided.
• Freetime Hospitality reserves the right to discontinue, amend or change the Refer & Earn promotion. In these cases no claim can be made for any (damage) compensation.
• Freetime Hospitality reserves the right not to grant the Refer & Earn discount if another promotion is already applicable to the contract.
• Freetime Hospitality excludes any form of liability for direct and indirect damage that occurs as a result of this campaign.
• Dutch law applies to the legal relationship that arises as a result of this campaign.
